THE REFILL RITUAL

Participating Retailer Terms

1. Program Purpose

The Refill Ritual is a reusable glass jar program designed to encourage customers to return empty 50g Suet Tallow jars for continued reuse.

Participating retailers agree to promote the program, accept eligible returned jars, provide the applicable customer reward, and handle returned jars according to the retailer's established reuse, recycling, sanitation, and storage procedures.

2. Participating Products

The program applies only to designated 50g reusable glass jars supplied by PremiumTallow.ca.

Retailers are not required to accept unrelated containers or jars from other brands.

3. Customer Return Reward

For each eligible returned jar, the participating retailer provides the customer with:

$2 off one new 50g jar of Premium Suet Tallow.

The retailer may choose to provide a greater incentive at its own expense.

The reward is intended as a return incentive and is not redeemable for cash.

4. Eligible Returns

A returned jar should:

• Be an original Premium Tallow 120ml metal top program jar
• Be empty
• Be reasonably clean
• Be intact and free from cracks, chips, or other damage
• Be suitable for the retailer's reuse/recycling process

Retailers may decline jars that are damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for handling.

5. Return Process

When a customer returns an eligible jar:

1. Staff visually inspect the jar.
2. Staff confirm that it is an eligible program jar.
3. Staff provide the applicable return reward.
4. Staff place the jar in the retailer's designated collection area.
5. The retailer manages the returned jar through its established reuse/recycling process.

6. Retailer Responsibilities

Participating retailers agree to:

• Display approved program signage where practical.
• Train relevant staff on the basic return process.
• Keep returned jars in a designated area.
• Prevent damaged or unsuitable jars from entering the reuse stream.

7. Sanitation and Reuse

Returned jars must be handled in accordance with the retailer's applicable food, cosmetic, sanitation, health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

8. Program Changes

PremiumTallow.ca may modify the program, including the return reward, participating products, signage, or eligibility requirements, with reasonable notice to participating retailers.

9. Program Participation

Participation is voluntary. Either PremiumTallow.ca or the retailer may discontinue participation by providing reasonable notice.

10. Program Goal

The goal of The Refill Ritual is simple:

Keep good glass in circulation and make returning it easy and rewarding.
