We currently ship within Canada. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us directly at Hello@PremiumTallow.ca to explore options if the check out won't proceed.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD within Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Local Pickup

For customers in Kamloops, BC, we offer free local pickup. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at Hello@PremiumTallow.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and find the best solution for you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the U.S., Premium Tallow is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.
