Refund & Replacement Policy
At Premium Tallow, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and replacement options:
1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any of our 15g and 30g products. This allows you test our products first before purchasing multi-unit orders. Just reach out to us through the contact form and we will resolve your concern after you share detailed reason. We value honest feedback so we can share the data with our returning customers. We are transparent in our business and have staggering positive feedback, which is why we are so confident.
If you are not satisfied with other size purchases, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be minimally used (less than 30% usage).

You must return the product in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@premiumtallow.ca within 7 days of receiving the product with the following information:

Order number.

A description of the damage or defect.

Photos of the damaged product (if possible).
Once we review your claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. We may request that you return the damaged product for further inspection.
3. Return Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. But we still donate that 15% of the order to Mamas for Mamas. :-)
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us at hello@premiumtallow.ca with the following information:
